Where things stand
Procurement still runs on email, Excel and follow-ups.
The process doesn’t live in a system. It lives in inboxes and spreadsheets, which is where fairness, speed and the audit trail quietly break.
Scattered threads
Spreadsheet scoring
Suppliers see each other
Leaders fly blind
What it costs
The expensive question isn’t “why did this break.” It’s “how much did the broken process cost before anyone could see it.”
Fairness & leakage
No defensible record
Price-only awards
Low adoption
The wedge
Leaders decide from the email. No portal login.
The one behaviour change every CPO notices, because they will not live in your portal.

How it works
One RFx spine: need to contract to PO.
Every step writes to the same record. Nothing is retyped, nothing is forwarded, and nothing promised in the RFx is lost after the award.
Step 01
Requirement + pack
Start from a category starter kit that suggests, never locks. The invitation pack comes from the event itself, so nothing is copy-pasted from the last one.

Step 02
NDA-aware, supplier-blind
Every supplier's NDA status is on the record today, and gated access to confidential documents is coming next. Suppliers never learn who else was invited. Supplier-blind is a rule, not a setting.

Step 03
Sealed evaluation
You choose how much quality and price count, per event. Prices stay sealed until technical sign-off, so there is no built-in bias toward price.

Step 04
Award → contract → PO
What the supplier promised in the RFx becomes a tracked obligation. One continuous record instead of three disconnected tools. You'll see the whole thread in the 10-minute demo.

Evidence, not a black box
Every score shows its sources.
No chatbot to learn. AI works inside the steps you already take, and every suggestion cites the supplier’s own words. A human accepts or overrides. It never awards or signs.
Without it
“Supplier B scored higher.”
Why? Nobody can defend the number. The spreadsheet has no memory of who typed what, or from where.
With iProcure
“Supplier B meets the 30-day payment term, quoting clause 7.2 of their own response.”
Every suggestion shows its reasoning and its source. Accept it, or override it with a reason that stays on the record.

Many people, one file
The evaluator workspace neither competitor shows.
Everyone scores independently, then the team reaches a consensus on the record. No forked spreadsheets, no overwritten scores.
Independent scoring
No evaluator sees a colleague's numbers before submitting their own.
Consensus on the record
Every individual score is kept, so the final number is defensible.
Sealed until sign-off
Prices stay locked until the technical track is signed off. Supplier names can be hidden too.

The modules
Nine modules. Start with two.
Match the two you open with to your most painful workflow, usually eRFx and Contracts, or Suppliers onboarding and eRFx. A module you didn’t buy simply isn’t there. No greyed-out upsell.

One product, not three
One product across a span others sell in three.
Large teams buy Keelvar for sourcing and Malbek or Icertis for contracts, with Ariba or Coupa in between. iProcure is for teams who won’t buy and integrate three.

We don’t claim their headline strengths. Keelvar’s award optimisation and autonomous sourcing, and Malbek’s and Icertis’s contract intelligence, are real and not shipped here. Read the honest comparisons.

FAQ
Straight answers about iProcure
- iProcure is a modular source-to-pay procurement platform. It covers intake, eRFx, auctions, supplier onboarding, catalogue, purchase orders, contracts, invoices and spend analytics in one login, for teams in India, Europe, the USA and South Korea. You buy the modules you need, starting with two.
- Source-to-pay is the full procurement span from a purchase need, through sourcing (RFx or auction), evaluation, award and contract, to the purchase order, receipt and paid invoice. Most tools cover one slice; iProcure keeps the whole span in one continuous record, so what a supplier promised in sourcing is still tracked when the invoice arrives.
- Keelvar is a best-of-breed sourcing and optimisation layer that stops at the award and hands off to Ariba or Coupa. Malbek and Icertis start at the contract request. iProcure is one product across that whole span, for teams who will not buy and integrate three tools. Many evaluators score independently, then reach a consensus on the record.
- iProcure is pre-launch. Sourcing, approvals from email, confidentiality controls, the four regions, imports and single sign-on are built and tested. Other modules are shown on sample data in the demo, and AI suggestions inside each step are coming next. We label every capability truthfully, and we quote no customer results yet.
- Pricing is modular: you pay for the modules you switch on and can start with two. A module you did not buy simply is not there, so there is no greyed-out upsell. Design partners get a free 60 to 90 day pilot and a preferential launch price. We share real numbers on a call rather than a list price.
- You choose the data region: India, the EU, the USA or South Korea. Single-tenant and on-premises deployments are available for regulated buyers. Restricted records are hidden even from admins and every view is logged. AI never awards or signs anything, and a human always decides.
