Buy manpower and services on a rate card you can actually compare

For IT services companies and global capability centres, iProcure turns a services RFP into comparable data. The resource rate card sits inside the evaluation model, not in an attachment, so every vendor answers in the same shape. Delivery, team and security are scored against a rubric, and the approver decides from an email link.

What breaks today

Every vendor's rate card is a different shape

Roles, grades and locations arrive in each vendor's own Excel. Comparing them means rebuilding a sheet by hand, and the errors enter there.

The cheapest day rate wins by default

Delivery approach, team quality and security are hard to weigh next to a rate, so the award drifts towards price.

What was promised is lost at signature

SLAs, rate holds and transition commitments from the RFP never become tracked obligations. Renewal notice windows pass unnoticed.

How it plays out

IT services and GCCs: your week with iProcure

01

Monday: the rate card is data

Add a resource rate card to the evaluation model as structured data, scored like everything else. That is live in the RFx builder today. Suppliers completing the same card online is on the roadmap.

02

Tuesday: quality is weighed, on purpose

Delivery approach, team and security are weighted and scored next to the rate card. You set the quality and price balance per event, so the trade-off is a decision you can see and defend.

03

Wednesday: sign-in and hosting the way IT expects

Single sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta or Google, live today. Data hosted in your region: India, the EU, the US or South Korea, with amounts in your own currency and number format.

04

Thursday: the RFP promises travel forward

In the design, the award and the supplier's committed answers become contract obligations, so SLAs and rate holds are tracked and renewals raise a flag. The contracts module is shown on sample data today.

FAQ

Questions about IT services and GCCs

Can suppliers fill in a resource rate card inside the RFP?

The buyer side is live: the resource rate card is structured data inside the RFx builder, scored like the rest of the evaluation model, so every vendor's answer lines up. The supplier side, where vendors complete the card online or from a spreadsheet without creating an account, is on the roadmap.

Is there a starter kit for IT services RFPs?

Not yet. Category starter kits are on the roadmap, including one for IT services with a ready rate card and suggested criteria. They are suggestions you edit, never locked templates. Today you build from blank or copy a previous event, and AI can draft questions from the requirement for you to review.

We are a GCC. Can we follow the parent company's policy?

Approval chains, the quality and price balance and NDA policy are set per organisation, so the centre can run the parent's rules without custom code. Each organisation runs in its own region, currency and number format. Single sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta or Google is live. Connectors to the parent's Ariba or Coupa are on the roadmap.

Does iProcure track rate cards and renewals after the award?

Partly, and mostly on the roadmap. In the design, the award becomes a contract whose SLAs, rate holds and renewal dates are tracked obligations. The contracts module, with renewal and SLA tracking, is shown on sample data today. We do not offer a rate hub and do not claim a full contract lifecycle product.
