Questions about pharma and medical devices

Is iProcure validated for GxP use?

No, and we will not claim it. iProcure is procurement software: sourcing, evaluation, supplier records and approvals. It gives your quality team evidence: an append-only audit log, attributed scores, and approvals through one-time links. We hold no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification yet; both are targets we work towards.

Can an event be hidden from everyone except a named team?

Yes, and this is live. A restricted event or record is visible only to the named team, and hidden even from admins. Emergency access exists and requires a reason, which is written to the append-only audit log. You can also check exactly what suppliers and evaluators will see before you publish.

Where is our data held?

Your data is hosted in one region: India, the EU, the US or South Korea, with backups kept in the same region. Single-tenant and on-premises options exist for regulated buyers. Where AI helps, every suggestion cites the supplier's own words and a human accepts or overrides it. AI never awards or signs.

Can we track GMP certificates and quality agreements per supplier?

Supplier compliance tracking, with document expiry alerts and a performance scorecard, is shown on sample data today. A pharma industry pack, adding GMP and GDP certificates, quality agreements and audit rights, is on the roadmap. We say so plainly rather than sell it as shipped.
