About
Built for teams too big for spreadsheets, too small for Ariba.
We build iProcure for procurement teams of 200 to 10,000 people who still run sourcing on email, Excel and follow-ups, and who will not buy and integrate three tools to fix it.
The rules we build by
Ten rules, stated plainly
They are written into the product plan and checked before anything ships. If a feature breaks one, the feature loses.
01
Suppliers must never learn who else is invited.
02
Email is a working surface, not just a notification.
03
Configuration, never customisation.
04
Starter kits suggest, never lock.
05
No built-in bias towards price.
06
One product, local everywhere.
07
Every module stands alone.
08
Connect before replace.
09
AI shows its sources.
10
No fake numbers.
Where we are
Pre-launch, and honest about it
Sourcing, approvals from email, roles, confidentiality controls, the four regions, imports and single sign-on are built and tested. Auctions, contracts, invoices and analytics are sample-data demos today. In-step AI suggestions are on the roadmap. We are taking on 8 to 12 design partners across India, the USA, Europe and Korea.
Who we are
The iProcure team
A small product team led by founder Rudresh Narwal. We run every demo ourselves. You will talk to the people who build the product, not to a sales development rep.
Next step
See it live in 10 minutes.
Pick your region and the two modules that hurt most. We run your own category through the RFx spine on sample data. No access, no commitment, no build decision required.
- Supplier-blind RFx
- Independent evaluation
- Approvals from email
- Global & modular
Design partner's seat
Pre-launch and honest about it: you get the mechanism now. Design partners get a free 60 to 90 day pilot, a preferential launch price, roadmap input and a direct line to the founders.
